Odale’s comment on my last post…..
“It surprises me a little that Joel Osteen wasn’t on the list…
Do you think that the mega-money is a little dangerous when it’s so prominent?”
The comment on the last post I put up makes a particular point. The one point that I have in mind is Odale’s referral to why Joel Osteen isn’t on the list. After he mentioned it, I thought that was a good question.
Osteen is one of the only one’s I watch on tv, because I feel he’s pretty original in my opinion in his approach to getting the word of God out there. Instead of simply doing the same old same old that you see on tv, he integrates God and his work with everyday life. Osteen tries to help us out with today, and the problems we have, today in this day and age.
If some of you don’t know who he is, go to www.joelosteen.com.
As far as Mega Money goes, yes, it can be dangerous in the hands of the wrong people. Money does corrupt, unfortuantely. If you knew you had alot of money at the ready, there is always that chance you might get that one little seed planted in your mind, and if you let it fester long enough, you may do something with that money that it is not intended for.
Anyhow, I just wanted to make a comment on the subject. Thanks and cheers!
